Utilising Rhythm & Music
Drum Beats team building offerings are based around rhythm & music. When a group of people come together and make music whether that be by using drums, percussion instruments, body percussion or song a special connection is formed. Participants equally experience that the overall sound and group experience is greater than the individual whilst there is still room for the individual to flourish and enjoy their creativity.
Drum Beats facilitators are highly experienced leaders able to read the participants and know what’s required to get the most from them within a couple of minutes of commencing a session. Its this talent & well-earned experience that combines to make unforgettable sessions with clients speaking glowingly of the experience for years to come.
There are several formats that can be utilised for the team building activities.
* 10-minute conference energy raiser
* 30-minute kick start
* 60-minute team builder
* 90 to 120 minutes team together programs
These sessions can be facilitated with a drum for each participant (we have over 1000 drums so this is possible for most sized conferences), with a percussion instrument for each participant, utilising body percussion & vocal chants. Sessions can also be culturally themed with musicians from Africa, Arabian cultures, Japan, South America and Aboriginal experiences.

Drum Beats presented a workshop to staff as a team building exercise and as a away for staff to extend on some previous work we had done on focus for students. It was a fabulous experience that allowed our staff to reconnect as learners approaching something new, but done in such a warm and supportive way by the facilitators, that everyone was able to participate and take risks to create a beat. 4/20/2018 - Drum beats visit was spectacular, although we have a very small Centre the Facilitator was very accommodating. We have mixed age children and they all enjoyed the interactive nature of the performance, being able to sit on and play their own drums was fantastic! The Facilitator was full of energy and interacted with all of the children in a positive and engaging way.
